Overall we had a decent experience staying at this resort and booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The facilities such as the stove, oven and utensils were very good. All the staff members I came across were very friendly, it almost felt like a family run business. Our room had a very nice view of the golf course and river. The spa in our room was very nice! We got complimentary underground parking and the amenities provided were very good quality. The breakfast at the restaurant was good. Given that we stayed over three nights, I was hoping that we would get room service at least for one time so we can get fresh towels and our amenities refilled. However that didn't happen and we had to basically go down to reception at least a couple of times to get towels, shower gels etc. Room service was eventually done after a couple of requests, however the cleaning job wasn't done too well. The furniture in our room was a little old but that didn't bother me too much. To be honest I had a very good time in this accommodation and I would highly recommend staying here for anyone who is coming to Sunshine Coast and looking for an accommodation with good value for money
Lovely 3 nights here in 1 bedroom apartment. Good space. Nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries ð Bed was huge and very comfy. Lovely big fridge. My only complaint would be the couch in the living room. Very hard, no foot stool. Made watching a movie not so good. Great free under car parking ð Pools were well used. Lovely looking over the golf course. Very nice stay.
I had to find a lovely toilet nearby. This place was the closest as I was driving by. The lady was super friendly and provided directions to the restrooms. I like the design of the toilet room for guests. The toilet seats were warm and comfortable to sit on for my business. Thanks letting me use it. That all I got to say. ðĪŠððĪ âĶ
I only use the resort for its gym. It suits my location and the fact that it is open 24 hours year round, I can vary the times & days I go. The gym is very well equipped and spacious, meaning that it is never crowded. The air conditioning is always on and the place is kept cool. The staff is very helpful especially for someone like myself not familiar with the equipment
Great facilities! Great accomodation for couples or families. Secluded yet central location for coastal activities. Very clean and well kept. Friendly Staff. Highly recommend!
We decided to pay for a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio apartment because they had spa baths available on request. I called, asked if there was any rooms with spas available and was told that yes there was! So I requested a room with a spa and happily booked which they confirmed. A few weeks later when we arrive, no spa in our room. When this was mentioned at reception, the woman was completely unsympathetic and the blamed school holidays. No apology, just a blunt excuse.
We rarely go on holidays. The spa was the one thing I was looking forward to. That's why I called and confirmed there was one available. That's why we chose pelican waters over a different location.
Otherwise, the room was fine. The furniture in the bedroom was outdated and starting to fall apart, and there was some fake petals still on the floor from the previous guests but otherwise the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Such a great place to getaway. Off the main roads and quiet location sitting on a Greg Norman designed golf course. But close to all that golden beach and Caloundra has to offer. In the gold floor a sports bar, hairdresser and a great restaurant.
I found my stay good value for money. Excellent cafe on site with a variety of lunchtime choices. Restaurant in the evening has a limited menu consisting of pizza and garlic bread.
Great pool . Staff very courteous and accommodating.
Only fifteen minutes drive to Caloundra.
